The Friendship Centers offer a wide variety of enrichment activities and programs to suit every interest and ability level for seniors age 60 and older. These senior-led activities at the Friendship Center will get your heart pumping with the sound of music.
At the Petoskey Friendship Center
Mondays – Cardio Drumming at 9:00 a.m.
Zumba at 10:15 a.m.
Tuesdays – Line Dancing at 2:00 p.m.
Wednesdays – Line Dancing at 10:00 a.m.
Thursdays – Cardio Drumming at 8:45 a.m.
At the Huber Senior Center
(April – December only)
Mondays – Line Dancing at 1:15 p.m.
Fridays – Cardio Drumming at 1:15 p.m.
Classes are free, but donations are welcome. Class size is limited.
Fitness Activities
Instructor-led senior fitness activities at the Friendship Center will help keep the body in motion.
At the Petoskey Friendship Center
Tuesdays – Yoga at 9:00 a.m.
Wednesdays – Senior Fitness at 8:45 a.m.
Thursdays – Yoga at 2:30 p.m.
Fridays – Tai Chi at 9:00 a.m.
At the Huber Senior Center
Mondays – Strength & Balance at 10:30 a.m.
Wednesdays – Yoga at 9:15 a.m.
Fridays – Tai Chi at 10:30 a.m.

Water fitness
Stafford’s Crooked River Lodge, Alanson, 10:00 am, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
We have instruction passes available for purchase at a discounted price.

Swatball
Enjoy a fun game of Swatball with friends. Swatball is like volleyball using balloons and all players must remain sitting.

Military Veteran’s Coffee and Donut Hour:
Petoskey Friendship Center, every Thursday, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Donuts courtesy of Johann’s Bakery.
Huber Senior Center, located in Brutus, on the second Tuesday of each month, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Donuts courtesy of Dutch Oven Bakery.
Both groups are open to all Military Veterans and their spouses.
