Northern Michigan Equine Therapy Tour on Wednesday, June 8, 2022

Meet the horses on this special informative tour to learn about Northern Michigan Equine Therapy on Wednesday, June 8 from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Occupational Therapist, Courtney Sumpter, will show us around, and explain how horses are used as a therapeutic tool in healing humans. This is a great opportunity to get up close to these gentle giants, even if you have never been near one before. The grounds may be muddy. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that can take it.

Directions:  NMET is located at 5025 Church Road, Boyne City. From Petoskey, head west on US 31 five and a half miles to Horton Bay Road. Turn left and go two and a half miles to Church Road. Turn right and NMET will be on the right.
