Transportation Guidelines:

Scheduling Rides for Appointments (medical, dental, employment, etc.)
Please call at least two days ahead for all appointments; the more notice, the better! We are usually able to schedule two weeks ahead so we encourage you to call as soon as you know your appointment date.

Scheduling Rides for Shopping
You may call at any time to go shopping, but please keep in mind that if you call with little notice we may not be able to assist you on the same day. Planning ahead is encouraged. Please limit the number of grocery bags to eight (8) per trip. We are not available for shopping during the lunch hour (Noon-1:00 pm) unless you come in on the North Route or the Harbor Route.

Riding the Bus
If you have a scheduled time for pick-up, please be ready and in an area where you can see the bus approximately 10 minutes before that time. We will try to arrive as close to your pick-up time as possible. If 10 minutes passes your pre-arranged time and we have not arrived, please call us to verify your pick up! When you call to return home we will try to pick up within 15 or 20 minutes, but at peak times throughout the day the wait time may be slightly longer. Seatbelt usage is strongly recommended. No smoking, eating, drinking or littering on our buses please!
